Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá motivací studentů pedagogických fakult oboru hudební výchova, konzervatoří a akademií múzických umění a učitelů k výkonu náročné profese učitelů hudby a hudební výchovy na různých typech a stupních škol. Vychází ze skutečnosti, že bez předchozí přípravy, která je specifická svojí časovou náročností a systematičností, která směruje mládež především k uměleckým ambicím, nejde tento obor studovat. Výzkumná část diplomové práce přináší informace o provedeném šetření. Obsahuje poznatky získané prostřednictvím techniky standardizovaného dotazníku, jehož cílem bylo zachytit rozhodující momenty vlastní motivace studentů a učitelů zařazených do výběrového souboru. Výběrovým souborem byli studenti posledních ročníků pedagogických fakult oboru hudební výchova, konzervatoře, JAMU a učitelé hudby a hudební výchovy, vybraní na základě náhodného výběru. Cílem práce bylo zjistit motivace, které vedou studenty k volbě tohoto náročného povolání a následnou spokojenost učitelů s touto volbou. Výsledky výzkumu mohou sloužit jako podklady k dalším úvahám o zkvalitnění profesní přípravy.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with pedagogical faculty students in the fields of Music Education, Academic Performing Arts and Conservatory. It also explores those who exercise demanding professions throughout various educational levels and in different types of facilities. Based on facts it has been determined that without prior preparation and a systematic approach to a specific field of study that directs youth primarily towards artistic ambitions, this educational field cannot be pursued. The research portion of this thesis provides information gathered by the performed investigation. It contains data collected by a technologically standardized questionnaire aimed to capture decisive moments of self-motivation from the research. The research sample consisted of a randomized selection of students in the final years of study in the fields of Music Education, Conservatory, JAMU, as well as Music and Music Education. The aim of this study was to determine the motivational factors that lead students to embark towards demanding professions, as well as the subsequent satisfaction experienced by teachers in these fields after choosing it as his or her profession. The results can serve as a basis for further reflection in regards to improving the quality of training for various performing arts professions.
