Fleet renewal at C.S.CARGO Company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce popisuje specifika provozování silniční nákladní dopravy a detailně se zaměřuje na obnovu vozového parku ve společnosti C.S.CARGO a.s. Analýza zkoumá především strukturu vozového parku, možnosti financování nákupu dopravní techniky a rozhodovací proces samotné obměny. Na základě analýzy jsou následně navrženy dva směry obnovy vozového parku, které jsou v závěru práce autorem zhodnoceny.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis describes the specifics of road haulage transport and it is focused on the renewal of the fleet in C.S.CARGO a.s. The analysis mainly examines the structure of the fleet, the possibilities of financing the purchase of transport equipment and the decision-making process of the replacement itself. On the basis of the analysis, two directions of the renewal of the vehicle fleet are proposed.
