Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku odměňování, zejména na analýzu a tvorbu tarifních stupnic. V úvodní části se zabývá základními pojmy odměňování pracovníků a jejich provázanost. Uvádí informace o tarifních stupnicích a jejich tvorbě, na kterou navazuje analýzou tarifních stupnic v roce 1958, analýzou tarifních stupnic podniků v nynější době a následně jejich komparaci. This thesis is focused on the issue of remuneration, especially on the analysis and development of pay scale. The introductory section gives information about concepts of the remuneration of workers and their interdependence.
