The Precaution of the Delinquent Behavior of the Teen-Agers Coming from the Disfunctional Families.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem ,,Prevence delikvence mládeže pocházející z dysfunkčních rodin? se zabývá aktuálním sociálně patologickým jevem, jenž se bohužel projevuje ve všech vyspělých zemích světa, včetně České republiky. Cílem bakalářské práce je z pohledu kurátorů zmapovat problematiku delikvence mladistvých z dysfunkčních rodin a na základě zpracovaných případových dokumentací (kazuistik) vyvodit závěry s cílem eliminace rizik delikventního chování mládeže cestou prevence kriminality. Bylo zjištěno, že mladiství delikventi převážně pocházejí z dysfunkčních rodin. Lze konstatovat, že dysfunkční rodiny jsou vysoce rizikovým faktorem, ovlivňujícím možné budoucí delikventní chování mládeže. Jelikož represivní opatření nejsou vždy účinná, je zapotřebí působit pomocí preventivních opatření a snažit se řešit příčiny výchovných problémů mladistvých a ne až jejich důsledky. Prevence se jeví v porovnání s klasickým výkonem spravedlnosti ve sféře trestního práva jako účinnější, perspektivnější a méně nákladná.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis entitled, "Prevention of Youth Delinquency of Dysfunctional Families" is dealing with current social pathology, which is unfortunately reflected in all developed countries including the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is from the perspective of the curators to map the problem of juvenile delinquency from dysfunctional families and based on the worked case studies to draw conclusions in order to avoid risk of youth delinquency through prevention of crime. It was found that young offenders have largely come from dysfunctional families. It is arguable that dysfunctional families are a high risk factor, affecting the possible future delinquent behavior of youth. Since the repressive measures are not always effective, it needs to operate through preventive measures and seek to address the causes of educational problems of young people and not their consequences. Prevention appears in comparison with the classical administration of justice in the sphere of criminal law more effective, less costly and more prospective.
