Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku exekučních srážek ze mzdy a jiných příjmů. Jsou zde uvedeny různé formy exekučních řízení, včetně jejich způsobu zahájení a možností ukončení. Definuje nejen povinnosti plátce mzdy, ale také vymáhacích orgánů a povinného, včetně možných sankcí při nesplnění zákonných požadavků. This bachelor thesis is focused on the problems associated with execution deductions from wages and other income. There are various forms of execution proceedings given in this thesis including their initiation and termination options.
