Cílem této práce bylo automatizovat procesy reportingu ve vybraných odděleních programu pro podporu IT služeb na Masarykově univerzitě. The goal of this thesis was to automatize reporting processes in chosen divisions of a programme for IT service support on Masaryk University. The programme itself exists to simplify improving quality of IT services available to students, scientists and other employees at the university.
