Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou péče o zákazníky vybrané fyzioterapeutické ordinace. Cílem diplomové práce je pomocí marketingových nástrojů přispět k zvyšování zákaznické spokojenosti vybraného fyzioterapeutického zařízení, a tím k udržování stávajících klientů, jakož i k dalšímu rozrůstání zákaznického portfolia. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the issue of customer care in a selected physiotherapeutist's office. The aim of the thesis is to use marketing tools to contribute to increasing customer satisfaction of the selected physiotherapy facility, and therefore to retain existing clients, as well as to further expand the customer portfolio.
