Abstract:
Práce se zabývá lidským kapitálem a investicemi do vzdělání v ČR. Cílem této práce je popsat a zmapovat postavení absolventů vysokých škol na pracovním trhu. V teoretické části je definován pojem lidský kapitál a jeho historický vývoj. Dále jsou zde popsány přístupy k lidskému kapitálu. A to jak makroekonomický přístup, tak i mikroekonomický přístup.
