Abstract:
Téma „Strategie rozvoje firmy“ se vztahuje ke strategii rozvoje firmy konkrétního podniku. Celá práce se dělí celkem na dvě části, na část teoretickou a praktickou. V první části práce se věnuji především rámcovému vymezení a vysvětlení teorie a pojmů, které se k tématu vztahují. Praktická část obsahuje teoretické poznatky aplikované v praxi na konkrétní podnik.
