Modification of lower traversing mechanism for rotor spinning machines

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá modifikací mechanismu spodního rozvádění na rotorových dopřádacích strojích. Hlavním cílem je vytvořit návrh, který by mohl konkurovat současnému řešení jednotky pohonu spodního rozvádění. V práci byly vytvořeny a zkonstruovány tři mechanismy vykonávající přímočarý vratný pohyb, které byly vzájemně porovnány. Nejvhodnější varianta byla podrobena optimalizačním výpočtům se zaměřením na redukci ceny výsledného návrhu a kontrolu použitých dílů. V poslední kapitole byla provedena studie tyče spodního rozvádění na strojích BD7 od firmy Saurer.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis has been focused on modification of low yarn distribution mechanism on open end spinning machines. The main goal was create a design proposal, which supposed to be competitive to the actual drive mechanism of low yarn distribution. In this thesis we have designed three proposals of mechanisms, which generate straightforward reversible motion. They have been compared to each other and the most appropriate one has been subjected to a optimization and control calculations. On the last chapter study of low yarn distribution bar from Saurer BD7 open end spinning machine has been made.
