The machine maintenance and repair system in Holcim company Inc.

Abstract:

Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je systém udržování a oprav strojů. První část práce obsahuje všeobecné informace o cementárně Holcim (Česko) a.s.. Dále je jednoduše představena výroba cementu, včetně zařízení k výrobě cementu potřebných. Největší část práce je věnována opravám strojů a zařízení v cementárně. V závěru práce jsou navržena opatření a doporučení, která by mohla přispět ke snížení nákladů na opravy a udržování zařízení.

Abstract:

The main topic of this bachelor´s work is the machine maintenance and repair system. The first part of this work contains general information about cement factory Holcim (Česko) a.s.. Then there is simply described cement production with the inclusion machines necessary for cement production. The largest part of this work is devoted to repairs of machines and equipments in cement factory. In conclusion, there are proposed measures and recommendations which could help to reduce costs of repairs and maintenance.
