Establishing Own Business Entity - Business Plan

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se především zabývá tvorbou podnikatelského záměru, který pojednává o založení donutárny ve statutárním městě Zlín. Teoretická část se zabývá převážně podnikatelskými pojmy a teorií důležitých podnikatelských analýz. V teoretické části je také zpracována literární rešerše na téma financí a účetnictví v podniku a na samotný podnikatelský záměr včetně jeho podrobné struktury. V praktické části je uvedena podnikatelská vize, která je zpracována v samotný podnikatelský záměr, který se opírá o jednotlivé vypracované analýzy a kalkulace. Nedílnou součástí podnikatelského záměru jsou také finance podniku a vedení účetnictví, které je v této práci pro zakládající firmu zpracováno. V závěru bakalářské práce je, že první rok činnosti je pro donutárnu ztrátový, avšak druhý rok společnost již vykazuje zisk.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis mostly deals with the creation of a business plan which deals with the establishment of a donuteria in the statutory city of Zlín. The theorethical part deals mainly with business terms and theories of crucial business analyses. The theorethical part also contains a literature review on the topic of finance and accounting in the company and the business plan itself, including its detailed structure. The practical part contains the business vision which is elaborated in the business plan itself which is based on the individual analyses and calculations. Integral parts of the business plan are also the company's finances and accounting procedures which are processed in this thesis for the founding company. In the conclusion of the bachelor's thesis, it can be seen that the first year, the company operates at loss, however, the second year, the company starts to make profit.
