Legal Framework of Deregulation of Gas Market in the European Union with Attention to the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Cílem práce je prozkoumat legislativní rámec trhu s plynem v EU, zejména v souvislosti s deregulací a dále prozkoumat zavedení této evropské legislativy do právního řádu České republiky. Dílčím cílem je konfrontace vývoje právní úpravy s praktickým fungováním trhu s plynem v České republice.

This thesis aims to analyze the legal framework of gas market in the European Union, especially within the context of deregulation. Further it aims to analyze implementing of European’s legislation into the Czech legal order.
