The weight effect of school bag and other hand luggage linked to school supplies transportation on primary school children's correct postural habits

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je přispět k řešení problematiky vadného držení těla ve vybraných základních školách, zejména pak na 1. stupni. Dalším dílčím cílem je porovnat výskyt vadného držení těla u těchto žáků a posoudit souvislost s váhou jejich aktovky a školních pomůcek. Posledním dílčím cílem bylo zjistit, jestli váha aktovky žáků překračuje povolenou normu. První část teoretické části práce se zabývá hlavními pojmy v oblasti držení těla. Jsou jimi pohybový systém, držení těla, správné držení těla, vadné držení těla, faktory ovlivňující správné držení těla, jako jsou pohybová aktivita, bydliště, obezita atd. a metody hodnocení držení těla. Ve výzkumné části je zjišťováno vadné držení těla u žáků mladšího školního věku. Dále jsou zde žáci váženi a zjišťuje se zde i váha jejich školních pomůcek. Zjišťovali jsme, zda má váha aktovky vliv na držení těla žáků na 1. stupni, konkrétně ve 3. a 4. třídě.

Abstract:

The infuence of the weight of the school bag and other hand lagguage related to transport school aids affected on the posture of young children. The aim of the diploma thesis is to contribute to so lving the problem of defective posture of children at primary school. Another participial goalis to compare the occurence of a defective posture of these children and assess the connection between the weight of their briefcase and school aids. The last participial goalis to find out if the weight of pupil's briefcase exceeds the permitted standard.The first part of the theoretical part deal swith main idea in the field of posture. It in cludes concepts such as motion system, posture, proper posture and defective posture. There are also factors affecting proper posture such as physical activity, residence, obesity etc. and methods of posture assessment. There search part is focused on study the children´s defective postureat primary school. The pupils are weighted and there is findin gout the weight of the school aids. We determined whether the weight of the school briefcase had an influence on the posture of pupil sat he first grade of primary school specifically in grades three and four.
