V této bakalářské práci je zkoumán vliv pozitivní manipulace v pracovním prostředí na výkonnost, motivaci a spokojenost zaměstnanců. Práce rozlišuje mezi pozitivní a negativní manipulací a zkoumá jejich důsledky. In this bachelor thesis, the impact of positive manipulation in the workplace on employee performance, motivation, and satisfaction is investigated. The work distinguishes between positive and negative manipulation and examines their consequences.
