Abstract:
Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou sociálně-edukativní podpory handicapovaných jedinců na trhu práce. Autorka popisuje základní činitele, které mají pozitivní vliv na budoucí pracovní uplatnění jedinců s handicapem a jejich úspěšnou integraci do společnosti a na trhu práce. Patří sem zejména fungující rodina, školní vzdělávání a rehabilitační péče jako součást výchovy a vzdělávání. …more
Abstract:
This thesis is concerned with problems of the social-ecudational support of the handicapped in the employment market. The author focuses on primary factors, which have positive influence on future professional opportunities of handicapped people and their successful integration in the society and in the employment market.
