Diplomová práca sa zaoberá charakteristikou a analýzou vývoja verejného dlhu krajín V4 v období 2007 – 2011. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické vymedzenie problémov verejných dlhov a rozpočtových deficitov.
