Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou komunikace a standardů komunikace v hotelnictví a je zaměřena na malé a střední hotely v Jihomoravském kraji. Cílem práce je analyzovat úroveň komunikace pracovníků recepce, specifikovat obsah standardů a na základě těchto poznatků navrhnout řešení pro hotely tohoto typu. Bachelor thesis deals with the issues of communication and communication standards in the hotel industry and is aimed at small and medium-sized hotels in Jihomoravský kraj.
