Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou vybrané problémy personálního řízení v hotelech a restauracích se zaměřením na odměňování pracovníků v hotelech a restauracích ve vybraných regionech České republiky. Konktrétně se jedná o statistické srovnání mezd v Praze a Libereckém kraji. Hlavním cílem je porovnat mzdy v těchto dvou regionech a analyzovat jejich vývoj v období mezi lety 2008 – 2013. The topic of this thesis is Selected problems of personal management in hotels and restaurants with a focus on the remuneration of employees in hotels and restaurants in selected regions of the Czech Republic.
