Předmětem této diplomové práce je tvorba bankrotních modelů pro predikci insolvence firem z České republiky a Slovenské republiky a jejich komparace. Teoretická část práce se zabývá životním cyklem podniku, krizí, českým a slovenským insolvenčním právem, bankrotními modely, konstrukcí a hodnocením logistické regrese a finančními ukazateli vybranými pro tvorbu modelů. Abstract:
The main goal of this diploma thesis is to create bankruptcy prediction models for com-panies from Czech republic and Slovak republic and comparison of these models. Theo-retical part of this thesis includes the life cycle of a company, company crisis, Czech and Slovak insolvency law, bankruptcy prediction models, logistic regression and financial ratios used for creating the prediction models.
