Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce "Stakeholderská analýza podniku" je analyzovat stávající strategii zkoumaného podniku a na základě provedené stakeholderské analýzy podniku posoudit její přínosy pro stávající strategii. Abstract:
The subject of the thesis: "Stakeholder analysis of a company" is to analyze the current strategy of the company and on the basis of the results to assess the benefits for the present strategy. First part focuses on literature review and described methodology is subsequently used in the second part of my thesis that also includes proposed measures arising from the stakeholder analysis.
