Abstract:

Bc. Petra Ryšavá: Standardy kvality sociálních služeb v Centru sociální péče. Magisterská diplomová práce. Brno: FSS MU, 2009, 78 stran, 22 311 slov. Vedoucí diplomové práce: PhDr. Mirka Nečasová, PhD. Má diplomová práce hledá odpověď na otázku: „Co znamenají standardy kvality sociálních služeb pro personál Centra sociální péče , který pečuje o seniory?“. V teoretické části tedy objasňuji pojem standardy kvality sociálních služeb, dále se zabývám těmi nejdůležitějšími standardy kvality, které nejvíce ovlivnily péči o klienty a věnuji se také změnám, které nastaly po zavedení standardů v organizaci. Vzhledem k tomu, že má hlavní výzkumná otázka souvisí s následujícími pojmy: sociální služba, péče o seniory a kvalita – vymezuji v teoretické části i tyto pojmy. V metodologické části práce vysvětluji hlavní cíle výzkumu a zdůvodňuji postupy výzkumu. V poslední části mé práce interpretuji zjištěné údaje a na jejich základě odpovídám na hlavní výzkumnou otázku.

My thesis is looking for the answer to the question: „What do the quality standards of social services mean for the staff of the centre of social care, who look after senior citizens?“ In the theoretical part I clarify the conception of the quality standards of social services. Later I deal with the most important quality standards, which influence care of clients. I also concentrate on changes, which appeared after the implementation of the standards in the organization. Regarding the fact that the main issue of the thesis is connected with the following terms: social services, care of senior citizens and quality – these terms are defined in the theoretical part too. In the methodic part of the thesis I explain the main objectives of the research and I substantiate research process. In the last part of the thesis discovered data are interpreted and on the basis of those I answer the main research question.
