Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem týraných dětí v domácím prostředí a zaměřuje se na týrání a zneužívání dětí. V teoretické části je popsána definice pojmu týrání dětí, rozdělení z hlediska sociologického a trestněprávního násilí a současně jejich popis. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of abused children in the home environment and focuses on child abuse and abuse. The theoretical part describes the definition of the term child maltreatment, division in terms of sociological and criminal law violence and at the same time their description.
