Abstract:

Moje práce se zabývá problematikou investice do rozvoje a růstu podniku. Investovat se nebude klasickými cestami (např. půjčka), ale jednou fyzickou osobou, jako samostatným investorem. Zkoumat zde budu efektivitu takové investice, její detaily (výnos, riziko apod.) a plán pro aplikování zdrojů v rámci podniku. Pro vypracování budu využívat prvky finanční analýzy, kterou použiju na zhodnocení finančního zdraví cílového podniku. Zde nastíním prostředí, ve kterém se nachází, konkurenci, které čelí a hospodaření podniku. Následující data zhodnotím a určím silné a slabé stránky. K dispozici v rámci mé práce budou i data majitele. Tento datový soubor využiju na zjištění historického průběhu tržeb v podniku. Budu zkoumat jestli data mají periodický průběh a jak se na tento jev připravuje. Kombinací poznatků z finanční analýzy a datového souboru majitele vytvořím byznys plán pro danou investici. Ten se bude ubírat dvěma směry. Prvním bude snaha o zvýšení návštěvnosti podniku v ranních a dopoledních hodinách. Snaha tak bude vytvořit nabídku dne, kterou podnik kdysi nabízel a zmodernizovat ji. Druhý směr se bude snažit o ulevení večernímu vytížení podniku a vyslyšení nejčastějších přání zákazníků. Dosáhneme toho novou provozovnou, kde se budu snažit eliminovat slabé stránky první provozovny. Vytvořím odhad bodu vyrovnání z datového souboru, který obsahuje informace o tržbách a ten budu posléze porovnávat s daty prvních měsíců provozu nového místa. Nakonec srovnám vytvořenou investici s dalšími možnostmi investování a zhodnocení kapitálu, které investor využívá.

Abstract:

My work is covering the topic of investment in to a growth and development of a compeny. The investment itself wont be through a common means (business loan e.g.), but it is gonna be through a natural person, as a solo invester. I will be examine efficiency of the investment, details of it (revenues, risk e.g.) and a plan for dividing the sum of the investment. I am gonna be using parts from financial analysis to evaluate financial health of the company. I will be also describing the environment the company is in, competition and how the company manage its invetory. I will study the data and determine strong and weak sides of the company. There will be also data from the owner of the company at my disposal. I am gonna use this dataset to examine the historical progress of the revenues. I will be looking for any patterns and if the company is preparing for them. The combinacion of informacian from financial analysis and the datasets will help me to create a business plan for the investment. It is gonna consist from two parts. First I am gonna try to increase the number of customers in morning and fornoon. I am aiming to recreate a morning menu, that was part of the company few years back. In the second part, my aim will be to ease the fully booked capacity of evenings. I also want to hear out the wishes from reviews. The goal is to create a new establishment. I will make an estimate of the point of equilibration from the dataset, containing informations on revenues. Futher on I will compare the estimate with first months after the investment is done and settled. In the end I will compare the investment with other means of investment which the investor is already using.
