Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finančního managementu nedaňových příjmů statutárního města Karviná. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol, z nichž dvě jsou teoretické a jedna praktická. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the financial management of non-tax revenues in the statutory city of Karvina. The thesis is divided into three chapters, two of which are theoretical and one practical.
