Bakalářská práce zjišťuje informovanost rodičů o celkové anestezii a jejím průběhu a spokojenost s přístupem zdravotnického personálu. Teoretická část popisuje způsoby celkové anestezie, zabývá se zvláštnostmi dětského věku a věnuje se spolupráci rodičů hospitalizovaných dětí.
