Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá trendem mikrotransakcí ve hrách a aplikacích. Obsahuje charakteristiku nejčastěji používaných druhů mikrotransakcí včetně jejich výhod a nevýhod. Zaměřuje se na zpětnou vazbu a profitabilitu každého druhu mikrotransakce. Cílem práce je zjistit pomocí dotazníkového šetření, jak zákazníci vnímají používání různých druhů mikrotransakcí. Abstract:
This thesis deals with trend of microtransactions in games and applications. The goal of this thesis is to determine how costumers perceive the usage of several kinds of microtransaktions with a use of questionnaire. The end of the thesis includes evaluation of gathered information and suggestion of a business model for studio and particular game.
