Visualization of tectonic data using azimuthal projection
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou zpracování a zobrazování tektonických dat pomocí vektorové grafiky. Byl sestrojen program, který rozděluje zadanou matici hodnot na intervaly, mezi které vkládá izolinie. Výstupem z tohoto programu je vektorový grafický soubor takto zpracovaných izolinií. Celý proces je prováděn na principu sférické geometrie a statistiky namísto běžně používané lineární.
Abstract:
This work deals with the processing and display of tectonic data using vector graphics. The program, that distributes a given array of values in the following intervals between isolines, was been designed. The output of this program is a vector graphics file containing contour lines. The whole process runs on the principle of spherical geometry and statistics instead of common linear ones.
