Communication as a core competence lecturer in business education

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikačními kompetencemi lektora ve vzdělávání dospělých. V teoretické části se zabývá komunikací, typy komunikace, druhy komunikace a jejich členění na verbální a neverbální komunikaci. Dále popisuje lektora, který je jednou z nejdůležitějších složek vzdělávání dospělých. Popisuje předpoklady, které by měl lektor mít pro výkon své profese. Další částí je vzdělávání dospělých a firemní vzdělávání, které mají svá specifika. Praktická část této práce je zaměřena na zjištění komunikačních kompetencí lektora při vzdělávání dospělých. Průzkum je realizován dotazníkovou metodou a zaměřuje se na hodnocení komunikace lektora účastníky vzdělávací akce. Cílem práce je zjistit, které komunikační kompetence lektor při vzdělávání dospělých využívá. Abstract:

This bachelors? thesis focuses on communication competencies of lecturer in education of adults. In the theoretical section, it focuses on communication, its types, and on the devision of verbal and non verbal communication. Also focuses on lecturer, who is one of the most essential parts of education of adults. It focuses on conditions, which the lecturer should have for the job performance. Another part is education of adults and company education, which has it?s specifics. The practical part of the theses is focused on finding out communication competencies of a lecturer. The research is done by a questionnaire and focuses on evaluation of lecturer?s communication by a participant of the education. Target of the theses is to find out, which communication competencies lecturer uses during the process of educating adults.
