Předmětem diplomové práce „Práva pacientů v přeshraniční zdravotní péči“ bude analyzovat praktické výhody a možná úskalí, které pacientům přináší Směrnice Evropského parlamentu a Rady č. 2011/24/EU o uplatňování práv pacientů v přeshraniční zdravotní péči (dále jen „Směrnice“).
