Abstract:
Předmětem této diplomové práce je uvést čtenáře nejprve do základní problematiky dispozic s obchodním závodem a na tu navázat možnostmi dispozic se závodem vloženým do svěřenského fondu (včetně vkladu samotného). Pracovat se bude se zákonnou úpravou po rekodifikaci soukromého práva, přičemž dojde k porovnání některých základní pojmů s úpravou předchozí. Za tímto účelem bude využita především odborná …more
Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to introduce the reader first to the basic issues of dispositions with commercial company and then follow up with the commercial company deposited into the trust fund (including the deposit itself).
