Analysis of a Business Model of a Selected Company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu business modelu vybrané společnosti. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat vnitřní a vnější prostředí společnosti a prvky business modelu s cílem navrhnout vylepšující návrhy. V rámci řešení bylo použito nástroje business modelu definujícího a zkoumajícího jednotlivé prvky modelu. Dále byly použity analýzy k prozkoumání vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí s cílem tato prostředí poznat. V práci byla navržena konkrétní opatření navazující na největší nedostatky vyplývající z analýzy business modelu a jeho prostředí. Hlavním výsledkem práce je aktualizace některých prvků business modelu a návrh opatření pro efektivnější práci ve společnosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of a business model of a selected company. Its main purpose is to analyse the internal and external environment of company and the elements of a business model in order to propose improvements. There was used a business model tool defining and exploring individual elements of model. Furthermore, there were used analyses to explore the internal and external environment in order to identify these environments. The thesis incudes specific measures following biggest shortcomings resilting from the business model analysis and its environment. The main result of this thesis an update of some elements of the business model and a proposal of measures for more effective work in the company.
