Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem lidského kapitálu na konkurenceschopnost ekonomiky. Cílem práce je analyzovat úroveň lidského kapitálu v Kazachstánu a pobaltských státech a posoudit jeho vliv na konkurenceschopnost ekonomiky těchto regionů. The bachelor thesis deals with the impact of human capital on the competitiveness of the economy. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the level of human capital in Kazakhstan and the Baltic States and to assess its impact on the competitiveness of the economy of these regions.
