New trends in the area of safety and healt protection training for the cook-waiter field of study
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá novým trendem školení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v odborném výcviku oboru kuchař-číšník na Středním odborném učilišti služeb Velký Újezd. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit textovou oporu ?Školení BOZP u oboru kuchař-číšník v praktickém vyučování? a ověřit její uplatnění v praxi. Zhodnoceny jsou v práci rovněž výsledky a závěry průzkumu.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the new trend of training which focus on health and safety during vocational training of cooks and waiters at the vocational school Velký Újezd. The aim was to prepare a text support "Health and safety training in the field of study for cooks and waiters in practical education" and verify its application in practice.
