Práce je zpracována jako bakalářská práce. Poskytuje informace o realizaci restaurace a ubytování s hlídacím koutkem pro děti v obci Bukovany. Jsou zde vysvětleny různé ekonomické strategie například podnikatelský záměr, marketingový mix a SWOT analýza.
