Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá využitím značení TRBC1 jako nástroje pro identifikaci a sledování klonálních αβ T lymfocytů. U pacientů byla provedena komplexní analýza lymfocytárních populací a screening pro následné testování klonality.Studie stanovila referenční míru exprese pro αβ T lymfocyty a jejich subpopulace v rámci kontrolních skupin i skupiny pacientů. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the use of TRBC1 labelling as a key tool for the identification and monitoring of clonal αβ T cells. A comprehensive analysis of lymphocyte populations and screening for subsequent clonality testing was performed in patients.The study established reference expression levels for αβ T lymphocytes and their subpopulations in both control and patient groups.
