Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá kategorizací konfliktů v zaměstnání, prevencí konfliktů a možnostmi jejich řešení. Tematika konfliktů je nejprve teoreticky rozebrána, jsou nastíněny druhy konfliktů a jejich příčiny. Jejich vyhodnocení na základě praktického výzkumu v organizaci provozující krytý plavecký bazén je obsaženo v praktické části.
Abstract:
This thesis works with the categories of conflicts, their prevention and possible resolutions. The conflict theme is at first covered at the theoretical level with the different kinds and the reasons for the conflicts shown. Evaluation of the theory carried out by observation of the company running the swimming pool is presented in the practical part of the paper.
