Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fungováním finančního poradenství v oblasti životního pojištění. Teoretická část mé práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku finančního poradenství a životního pojištění. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu připravované regulace finančního trhu(ELIXIR, Zákon č.38/ 2004 Sb., MiFID II) a na analýzu životních pojistek českých do-mácností. The theses concentrates on the functioning of financial consulting in life insurance area. The theoretical part of my theses concentrates on the characteristic of the financial consul-ting and life insurance. The practical part is concentrated on the analysis of the financial market regulation (ELIXIR, Law No. 38/2004, MiFID II) and on the analysis of Czech life insurance.
