Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat oddlužení fyzické osoby, identifikovat problémová místa a navrhnout jejich řešení, dále zhodnotit oddlužení z pohledu dlužníka i z pohledu věřitele. V první části práce se věnuji úpadku a možnostem jeho řešení, ve druhé části popisuji samotný proces oddlužení, analyzuji problémová místa a hodnotím změny, které přinesla novela insolvenčního zákona. The aim of this thesis is to analyse discharge of individual´s debts, identify problematic areas and propose solutions, then to evaluate views on discharge from the position of debtor and creditor.
