Tato práce obsahuje pojednání o institutu veřejného statku. Zabývá se jeho historií, znaky a pozitivní úpravou. Je přitom zaměřená hlavně na střet práva veřejného a soukromého.
Abstract:
In this work the term public good is discussed, its characters, history and impact on the law practice. It is a deep topic because it is partly regulated by both administrative and civil law
