Consolidation of financial statements of companies

Abstract:

The subject of this diploma thesis "Consolidation of financial statements of the company" is to describe the nature of IFRS, an obligation, objective and consolidated financial statements, its components and the nature of accounting systems, which are referred to in the first part of the thesis. The theoretical part deals with the analysis of the overall consolidation of financial statements of the company and the preparation of financial statements. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the consolidation of financial statements using the example of a particular firm and practical view. The work is divided into three chapters, of which the first two are the theoretical part, in which we use descriptive method and the last chapter is a practical view. The last chapter described the valuation, reporting selected items and practical view of the consolidated financial statements using the example of a specific company.

Abstract:

Predmetom diplomovej „Konsolidácia účtovnej závierky firmy“ je popísať charakter IFRS, povinnosť, cieľ a postup konsolidovanej účtovnej závierky, jej súčasti a charakter účtovných systémov, ktoré sú uvedené v prvej časti diplomovej práce. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá celkovou analýzou konsolidácie účtovnej závierky firmy a zostavením účtovných výkazov. Cieľom diplomovej práce je analýza konsolidácie účtovnej závierky na príklade konkrétnej firmy a praktické zobrazenie. Práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol, z toho prvé dve predstavujú teoretickú časť, v ktorých použijeme deskriptívnu metódu a posledná kapitola je v praktickom zobrazení. V poslednej kapitole je uvedené oceňovanie, vykazovanie vybraných položiek a praktické zobrazenie konsolidovanej účtovnej závierky na príklade konkrétnej firmy.
