Procedure of authorities active in criminal proceedings in the framework of preparatory proceedings
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá přípravným řízením trestním v obecném pojetí. Zaměřuje se na orgány činné v trestním řízení, a to jak ve fázi prověřování, tak i vyšetřování. Popisuje zákonné průběhy těchto fází. Cílem práce je přiblížit přípravu policejního orgánu, respektive policisty při provádění úkonu podání vysvětlení, jakým způsobem probíhá příprava, samotný průběh a závěr zmíněného úkonu.
Abstract:
The work deals with preparatory criminal proceedings in general. It focuses on law enforcement agencies, both in the investigation and investigation phases. It describes the legal processes of these phases.
