Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Cybersex v Multi-User Virtual Environments“ se zabývá projevy cybersexu v sociálních virtuálních světech. Tematicky je rozdělena do třech oblastí. První se věnuje popisu a historii virtuálních světů. Druhá část charakterizuje pojem cybersex. Na příkladu konkrétních virtuálních světů definuje jeho projevy. Třetí část se dotýká problematiky právní regulace virtuálních světů a zabývá se tím, jak jsou nelegální projevy cybersexu ošetřeny v podmínkách užívání jednotlivých světů, jaké opatření proti nim vlastníci zavádějí a jaké hrozí sankce.

Abstract:

Bachelor’s Thesis “Cybersex in Multi-User Virtual Environments” deals with manifestations of cybersex in social virtual worlds. It is divided into three sections. The first is devoted to descriptions and history of virtual worlds. The second part describes the concept of cybersex. The illustration of specific virtual worlds defines manifestations of cybersex. The third part touches on issues of legal regulation of virtual worlds and looks at how they are treated, cybersex illegal signs in terms of the use of individual worlds, what actions can be taken by the owners and what threatens to introduce sanctions.
