Ve své závěrečné práci se zabývám tématem primární emise akcií jako zdroje financování rozvoje podniku. V první části práce se zaměřuji na teoretické předpoklady pro tento krok, legálními aspekty tohoto kroku a organizační strukturou podniku. The topic of this thesis is initial public offering as a source of finance for company development. First part is focused on theoretical aspects and legal aspects of this step, and organisation structure of a company.
