Modern methods and tools in real selfdefence

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena a na popis moderních metod a prostředků reálné sebeobrany, což je i hlavním cílem této práce. Práce však obsahuje i několik dílčích cílů, jako je popsání a následné vymezení rozdílu mezi pojmy sebeobrana, bojové umění a bojový sport. V jednotlivých kapitolách je také stručně uvedena historie sebeobrany, faktory, které průběh sebeobrany ovlivňují, podrobně je rozepsán faktor psychologický. Veškerý obsah práce je doplněn o vlastni zkušenosti autora z dané oblasti.

Abstract:

Work is focused on a description of modern methods and tools of real self-defense, which is the main aim of this work. Work, however, contains several sub-goals, as described and the subsequent definition of the distinction between the concepts of self-defense, martial arts and combat sport. The individual chapters are also briefly introduced the history of self-defense, factors that influence the course of self-defense, a detailed breakdown is a psychological factor. All content is complemented by the work of the author's own experience in the field.
