Mystery Shopping in selected financial institutions
Abstract:
The focus of this thesis is a research using a Mystery Shopping method in selected financial institutions. The subject of the fictional purchase was a mortgage loan. The thesis includes theoretical definition, followed by the analysis of the issues for the banking sector, research evaluation and proposed solutions.
Abstract:
Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je realizácia výskumu formou Mystery Shopping vo vybratých bankových inštitúciách. Vo výskume bol ako nástroj fiktívneho nákupu použitý hypotekárny úver. Diplomová práca obsahuje teoretické vymedzenie, nasleduje analýza problému pre bankovú oblasť, vyhodnotenie konkrétnych výskumov a návrh riešení.
