Forensic aspects of examining a corpse
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zaobírá problematikou ohledání mrtvoly, používanými kriminalistickými metodami v současné době a celkovým vymezením a specifikacemi druhů ohledání. Práce je doplněna o druhy pitev, jejich použití a metodami identifikace neznámých mrtvol. Nechybí ani konkretizace posmrtných změn či legislativní vymezení řešené problematiky.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the issue of the examination of a corpse, the forensic methods currently used and the general delineation and specifications of the types of examination. The work is supplemented by the types of autopsies, their use and methods of identifying unknown corpses.
