Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza reálného mzdového systému v podniku. V první části práce jsou definovány základní pojmy a vysvětleny přístupy používané k tvorbě mzdy a mzdového systému. Tento teoretický koncept slouží jako argumentační podklad k vlastní analýze reálného mzdového systému. Abstract:
The goal of this bachelor work is to analyze the earnings system in a real enterprise. The definitions of basic terms and explanation of approaches used to create wages and the earnings system are stated in the first part of the work.
