Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá detailní analýzou právní úpravy druhů akcií v zákoně č. 90/2012 Sb., o obchodních korporacích. Zvláštní pozornost je upřena na vydávání nových druhů akcií, jež rekodifikace přinesla. Autor v některých případech podrobuje účinnou úpravu kritické analýze. Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on the classes of shares defined in Act no. 90/2012 Coll., on Commercial Companies and Cooperatives (the New Corporate Code). Special attention is given to the issue of new classes of shares that the new legislation offers. Where it is necessary the author subjects present law to critical analysis.
