Anotácia:

The aim of this thesis is to make an analysis of spa and wellness services of two chosen facilities operating in Mariánské Lázně in the year 2012 from March to September. The thesis is concentrated on the investigation of a spa and wellness hotel operations, analysis of its product, environment and customers. Estimation of its potential and options based on the spa city of Mariánské Lázně, where the spa and wellness centres and customer segment of two hotels is analysed. Chapter one deals with the theoretical aspects of the spa tourism, spa and wellness and their differences, spa and wellness at the lodging industry. Chapter two gives a particular description of the spa city of Mariánské Lázně, where spa and wellness services of two chosen facilities are analyzed.
